Excavation is underway! In the attempt to make the addition the same elevation as the existing structure we are forced to break out the heavy equipment. We encounter solid rock just below the surface...this makes for long days on the excavator, but a great foundation for this home. Notice the surveying instrument, we have a self leveling rotary laser level onsite at all times to ensure that our grade is as precise as possible.
